Abstract

A new species of lichenicolous fungi Buelliella himalayensis A. Falswal&B.S. Bhandari is reported from Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. This fungus colonises on lichen host Pertus ariaquassiae on tree bark. Description of species and comparison with closely related taxa is being provided in this paper.
